Project: Candlewood Suites

New River Engineers was authorized to construct the site civil design drawing package containing the site plan, grading plan, utility plan, landscape plan with irrigation, erosion and sediment control plan. The site plan contained the building footprint, sidewalks, stormwater facility, parking space layout, driveways connection to Stratton Street and layout dimensions.
